Description |
This collection of dug relics was recovered from Lincoln County (Tenn.). Included are three unfired Spencer cartridges, a brass infantry insignia, an oval iron buckle, a bullet mould with a wrench handle, a brass saddle bag stud, part of a screw barrel pistol, civlian bridle rosettes, a Federal spur, a US padlock, shoe taps, bayonet scabbard tips, a.69 caliber minnie ball, a small, eagle device, and a small US shield device. The later two items were most likely used on a pre-war shako. |
