Historical note |
H. B. (Hiram Bronson) Granbury (1831-1864) was born in Waco, Texas. He served at Fort Donelson, where he was captured but then freed in a prisoner exchange. He served at Chickamauga and Missionary Ridge and was one of the six Confederate generals killed during the Battle of Franklin in 1864. |
